HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO PILATES? The workout is designed to work your whole body. Depending on your own personal fitness level and the other fitness activities you participate in. We believe that doing Pilates 3-4 times a week (every other day) is ideal. Some students come 5 times a week. You will see and feel results in as little as 1 time per week it will take longer to see the results. The key is to listen to your body and find a routine that works for you. WHAT TO WEAR? Wear clothes that you can move freely in with no exposed buttons, buckles or zippers. Pilates is done with non-slip grip socks; toe socks; also known as grippy socks. We have some grippy socks available for purchase at the studio if you don't already have any. BATHROOM The bathroom is handicapped accessible. Sorry we don’t have any showers. |
CLASS INFO
Pliates Classes and Sessions are 50 to 55 minutes in duration. Note that classes are on a sign-up and appointment basis. Sign-up for one or more classes or sessions at a time. Classes need not be consecutive. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy with no refunds. WE PROVIDE Mats, hand towels, water, and all equipment necessary for class. HOW TO SIGN UP?
